    We confirm scope and priority, propose an estimated time and a fair price before starting any work.

    We provide support

    All work is handled in an encrypted remote session, scheduled within the agreed window — no travel involved on either side.

  4. 04

    Invoice and service summary

    After the work we send a standard B2B invoice and a short written summary of what was changed, including any follow-ups we recommend.

Secure remote sessions

Remote support uses encrypted connections with session-specific access codes. No tools remain installed once the session ends, unless you ask for a persistent agent for ongoing support.

Supported languages

All support, documentation and invoices are issued in English. Estonian is available on request.
